Sweat is key

På senaste tiden har det varit lite si och så med gymmet. Har väl bara kommit iväg en gång i veckan men nu när vädret börjar bli bättre (pepparpeppar) tänkte jag satsa ännu mer på träningen. Jag har äntligen kommit igång ordentligt med maten igen och vikt/måttuppdatering kommer som vanligt på söndag.

 

Vissa dieter marknadsför sig själva som "icke motionskrävande", jag tycker det är otroligt tråkigt att så många luras av detta. Jag säger inte att det inte är möjligt att faktiskt få minus på vågen och tappa fettmassa. Detta kan ju faktiskt vara enda sättet för de personer som av någon anledning inte kan träna (extrem övervikt/skada) men har man möjlighet att träna så borde man göra det.

 

Du får inte bara snabbare viktminskning utan du undviker att kroppen ser ut som ett bananskal efter viktnedgången. Äter man för få kalorier tar nämligen kroppen inte bara energi från fett utan även från muskler. Underhåller du inte kroppen med träning och vardagsmotion kommer du tappa i muskelmassa och tillslut kan du rent utav få svårt att gå ner i vikt då kroppen i vila förbränner mindre än vad den gjorde tidigare.

 

Dessutom så har ni alla hört tjatet om att träning är bra för dig på andra sätt än vid just viktnedgång. En av de viktigaste muskler du tränar när du exempelvis går till gymmet är ju hjärtat. Du undviker alltså många hjärt och kärlsjukdommar genom att träna eftersom du underhåller ditt hjärta. Psykiskt mår du dessutom också bättre då träning är direkt kopplat till systemet som kontrollerar välmåendet i kroppen. Visst har ni känt endorfinkicken ni får efter ett härligt slutkörande träningspass?

 

Tillbaks till min träning så har jag upptäckt att jag är riktigt dålig på att skriva upp vilka repetitioner och set jag gör samt vilken vikt jag använder. Jag kan alltså inte riktigt följa min egen utveckling och varje gång jag sätter mig i en maskin eller tar upp vikter vet jag inte vilket motstånd jag hade förra gången. Blev riktigt inspirerad av en tjej som köpt en work out log där hon kan skriva ner allt detta. Funderar starkt på att göra detsamma eller i alla fall ta med en pappersbit och en penna till gymmet för att hålla koll. Här finns den hon köpt från fitnessguru.se
